This is a masterclass on emotions.
In fact, we go deeper than emotions in this course. We show you the underlying mechanisms that affect every emotional experience you feel and we give you a step-by-step plan to shift any emotional state whether it's fear, anxiety, stress, grief, depression, etc.
We also teach you how to access and generate the most powerful positive emotions that exist in the human body.
This class is heavily rooted in modern neuroscience with a blend of attachment theory and psychology.
This class will teach you how to balance your DOPAMINE and SEROTONIN systems in the brain.
What is dopamine? the molecule that is responsible for all movement-forward in life (when you're energetic, excited, and/or feeling motivated - that's dopamine)
What's serotonin? When you're feeling joy, content, present, and grateful - that is serotonin.
They actually sit on opposite sides, which means gratitude actually dampens down dopamine/motivation - and vice versa - too high levels of dopamine can prevent us from feeling present and grateful.
Understanding how to navigate and regulate these two systems is the KEY TO LIFE.
